Elk Grove Park District
Parks & Planning Maintenance Facility
Williams Construction Management recently completed the construction of the Elk Grove Park District Parks and Planning Maintenance Facility. This facility features a vehicle garage, fleet maintenance areas, a training room, offices, and other support spaces. A new lobby will connect this facility with the district’s existing administration offices.  The dynamic front façade features thin brick and precast wall panels, glass, and sloping roof forms.

City of Rock Island
Schwiebert Riverfront Park
Williams Construction Management and Valley Construction served as Construction Managers for the recently completed City of Rock Island 's new Riverfront Park valued at $10M. The park has a covered Performance Stage, Overlook Pavilion & Restroom Facility. In addition to these structures there are numerous features and focal points to the site such as Zero Edge Fountain; Multi-Age Playground; Paver Beach Area; New River Wall Guardrail & Armory Lawn Area for performance viewing.

St. Charles Park District
Hickory Knolls Discovery Center
Williams Construction Management has been engaged in the role of construction managers for the St. Charles Park District's Hickory Knolls Discovery Center project. This 12,000 SF facility will serve as a year round center for the Park District's Naturalists Department programs and is the first of it's type for this community. Scheduled completion is for Fall programming of 2011.

St. Charles Park District
Otters Cove Aquatic Park

Williams Construction Management has been engaged in the role of construction managers to oversee the pre-construction, construction and post-construction services for the Campton Hills Aquatic Center. This aquatic facility is adjacent to the already completed WCM project Campton Hills Spray Play Park, which continues the St. Charles Park District's vision of a full fledged aquatic facility. This new aquatic facility will include an Activity Pool, Deep Pool, Lazy River, Concession/Bathhouse, Kiddie Pool and Plunge Pool.

Village of Glendale Heights
Senior Center
Williams Construction Management has recently completed the Senior Center to meet the growing needs of the Village’s residents. The 10,000 sf Senior Center is built to function as a part of the already established Municipal complex.

Village of Wheeling
Fire Station 24
Williams Design Build recently completed the new, 16,000-square foot fire station that will serve as the department’s headquarters facility. This facility will house administrative offices, a training room, a four- bay drive-through apparatus bay, living quarters for up to 12 firefighters, and a kitchen.

St. Charles Park Distrct
Swanson Pool at Pottawatomie Park

Formerly known as the Pottawatomie Pool, the Park District dedciated the new renovation to the Swanson Family in honor of the late Algert S. Swanson who served on the St. Charles Township Park Board when the pool was constructed and his daughter, Carol Swanson Glemza, a long-time Park District employee.

The renovation of an existing Works Progress Association (WPA) era pool includes replacement of the existing shallow pool with a new zero depth entry activity pool, restoration of the main pool to provide an 8 lane, 50 meter competition pool with a deep end, a drop slide, diving boards and a pad walk.

Village of Carpentersville
Maintenance Facility

Williams Construction Management has been hired by the Village of Carpentersville, as the construction management firm for their new public works facility.  Planned to be located near the existing water treatment facility on Tamarac Drive, the facility will house a large vehicle garage, fleet maintenance areas, shops, and administrative areas for public works personnel.  Construction is scheduled to begin in Fall 2010.
